A new bike

I managed to relax this weekend, which essentially means I did nothing. Nothing at all and enjoyed every minute of it. My parents took the kids Friday. We originally planned to go to a movie but ended up doing taxes. Watched Body of Lies which was okay and Marley and Me, which I sobbed through. I have been 'there' so many times with our dog. Thankfully he does chew anything, it's the barking that throws me over the edge. I don't even mind that he barks, I mind that he doesn't stop. I would have liked to work in the garden. I have roses in the garage that really need to be planted but we keep getting snow. Andrews birthday is coming up next weekend but we'll be in Moab. He wanted a big boy bike and he really needed one. We have a hand me down trike that has tires so worn they don't get traction so he really can't even ride it, just spins the tires. We thought he'd like to have his bike in Moab so Paul took him to pick one out on Saturday. He really wanted a blue bike but they didn't have any and to order one in would take a few weeks so he went with a yellow one with black spider webs on it. He was so excited. He rode in the snow Saturday and then Paul took the kids over to the school grounds so they could ride all over yesterday in the parking lot. I haven't even pulled the picturs off the camera, but Andrews going to hate them when he's older. He dressed himself that morning so he has on a lime green and blue striped shirt under a blue and gray argyle sweater vest. Thankfully when I scrapbook them I can print them in black and white.
